Refund policy
At All by Mi Pro, your satisfaction with your skincare and self-care products is our priority. Every product we create is formulated with advanced skincare technology, designed to meet your needs. If something is not right with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- All original seals, labels, and protective wrapping are intact.
- The product was purchased directly from the official All by Mi Pro website.
- The product is not part of a final-sale or promotional bundle marked as non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken.
- Items marked as final sale or limited-edition.
- Free gifts, samples, or items received as part of a promotion.
- Gift cards and store credit.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Defective products are reviewed case by case to confirm the issue.
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer care team by phone, email, or our website contact form within the eligible return window.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved within 2 business days.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions with you.
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit card: refunded to the same card.
- Cash on delivery: refunded via bank transfer or wallet, after we confirm your details.
- Wallet payment (e.g., Vodafone Cash, InstaPay): refunded to the same wallet.
Please note that bank processing times may add a few extra business days before the refund appears in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different shade, type, or item of equal value, please contact our customer care team. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns and are subject to product availability.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an All by Mi Pro error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover all return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed with our team.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer care team. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return after delivery.
